Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are giving up on in vitro fertilization – and leaving future family plans up to fate.
“We are officially done with IVF,” Kardashian, 44, shared in a confessional during the Season 3 premiere of “The Kardashians” on Wednesday.
“We would love a baby more than anything, but I just really believe in what God has in store for us. If that’s a baby, then I believe that it will happen.”
The Poosh founder shared that she froze seven of her eggs when she started dating Barker, 47, but that most of them “didn’t survive” and none of them “made it to an embryo.”
“The freezing of the eggs isn’t guaranteed,” she said.
“I think that that’s a misunderstanding. People do it thinking that it’s like a safety net and it’s not.”
Kardashian — who already shares Mason, 13, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 8, with ex-partner Scott Disick —will instead try having more children with the Blink-182 drummer the natural route.
“Whatever’s meant to be,” she said, adding, “Being happy is most important, and being a good parent to my kids.”
The Lemme creator gave a glimpse at her and Barker’s new approach to fertility on the episode where she delayed a meeting she had with her sister Khloé Kardashian so the couple could try for a baby.
“I know that I’m already late for you, but I am ovulating,” she told her sister. “If you give us five minutes to go do something really fast … we’ll be back.”
The Good American founder, 38, timed the couple’s rendezvous, which ended up lasting 15 minutes, or what Kourtney called “record” time.
“I have just been settling into life. Wife life is amazing,” Kourtney, who married Barker in May 2022, said.
Kourtney had previously opened up about the hardships of IVF in a teaser of the show that leaked in March. “It hasn’t been the most amazing experience,” she said of the process, adding that IVF made her gain weight and put her “into menopause.”
But the mom of three has since embraced her changing figure and proudly posted a photo of her “IVF body” in a bikini photo earlier this month.
She also gushed over her husband for making her feel confident in her “thicker body.”
“Every day, Travis is like, ‘You’re perfect,’” she said on an episode of “The Kardashians” last October. “If I make one complaint, he’s like, ‘You’re perfect. You’re so fine … You’ve never been better.’”
She added that having a partner that is supportive and “always complimenting” her has helped her “embrace” and “love” the changes.
Amid her weight gain, Kourtney had to shut down pregnancy speculation from an online troll in December 2021.
A fan commented under a pic of her in a bikini, “Not to be that girl but… is that a preg belly?” to which Kourtney hit back, “Are we really going to do this every time I post a photo?”
Kourtney previously claimed that she was “pushed” into doing IVF because of her age.

“If you even look anything up online about things you can do to help get pregnant … it says on there, like, ‘If you’re over 40’ — or it might even say something younger — it says, ‘Go right away,’” Kourtney said on Dear Media’s “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast in October 2022.
“So I felt a little bit pushed.”
The pair revealed they wanted to have a baby together in a trailer for the show that dropped in March.
Meanwhile, she and Barker have blended their families. The musician shares son Landon, 19, and daughter Alabama, 17, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
He also helped raise the Moakler’s 24-year-old daughter, Atiana De La Hoya, whom the former pageant queen shares with ex Oscar De La Hoya.
