Bollywood has actively remaking films from the South Indian film industry, with many of these remakes becoming box office hits.

The latest one to achieve this feat is Bhola, which is a remake of Karthi’s Kaithi. The film broken several records and is hailed as a blockbuster hit.
Another Tamil film that is all set to remade in Hindi is Maanaadu, directed by Venkat Prabhu and starring Simbu and SJ Suryah.

The film also features Kalyani Priyadarshan, Karunakaran, and Premgi in pivotal roles. It received critical acclaim.
It was a commercial success at the box office. An official announcement regarding the Hindi remake expected to made soon.
What’s interesting is that Tollywood actor Ravi Teja is going to make his Bollywood debut with this Hindi remake. He will in the role of the cop,
which played by SJ Suryah in the original film. Varun Dhawan has cast to play the other lead role. Which portrayed by Simbu in the Tamil version.

The Hindi remake of Maanaadu will be helmed by Telugu director Praveen Sattaru, who has directed six films and a web series. Known for directing
action-packed films, Sattaru’s recent film was The Ghost with Nagarjuna Akkineni. He is currently working on his next project, Gandeevadhari Arjuna, with Varun Tej.
Maanaadu released worldwide on 25 November 2021, and received positive reviews from critics. The film praised for its integration of the
time-loop concept with commercial elements. many publications hailed it as one of the best Tamil films of 2021. A sequel to the film has also announced by Venkat Prabhu.
