The highly anticipated sequel to the Tamil action thriller film Thadam, Gumraah, has finally released its trailer. The announcement for the Hindi
remake was made back in 2019, with production beginning in late 2020. Directed by Vardhan Ketkar and produced under the banner of
T-Series Films, the movie stars Aditya Roy Kapoor, Mrunal Thakur, and Ronit Roy in lead roles.
Scheduled to release on April 7th, Gumraah is certainly a movie to watch out for. The 2-minute long trailer was packed with action scenes,
featuring Aditya Roy Kapoor in a double role and Mrunal Thakur and Ronit Roy in the roles of police officers. The trailer showcased a lot of action, mystery, and drama.
However, despite its amazing trailer, it failed to grab the attention of the fans. It only received less than 1 million views on YouTube within 12
hours of its release, even though it was uploaded on the biggest YouTube channel in India.
Both Aditya Roy Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur are hoping for a successful film. With the former experiencing a recent career slump and the latter
having a great year with her last film, Sita Ramam. Performing well at the box office in the south industry as well as in the Hindi belt. Currently,
Aditya Roy Kapoor does not have any other films slated for release this year. While Mrunal Thakur has four including Pooja Meri Jaan, Pippa, Aankh Micholi, and Nani 30.
We hope that Gumraah will perform well at the box office. Giving both stars the much-needed hit to kickstart their year on a positive note.
